Founded in 1943, the company specializes in high-performance cold-headed fasteners, brake system fasteners, ride control solutions, and custom assemblies. Its manufacturing capabilities include cold heading, cold forming, machining, thread rolling, knurling, and tapping for automotive, heavy truck, military, industrial, agricultural, and construction applications.

ZLD Precision Mold manufactures drill point dies for self-drilling screws, covering the full L1-L7 series for IFI #4-#14 and DIN ST2.9-ST6.3, in SKH high-speed steel (M2/M9/M51) and tungsten carbide, with optional PVD coating. Dies are precision-ground to micron-level tolerances and can be made from drawings, screw samples, old die photos or production requirements.
