Organization:

AdvancTEK is a custom plastics manufacturer with more than 35 years of experience producing build-to-print parts for OEMs across North America. As a brand of Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG), AdvancTEK combines the responsiveness of a dedicated molding partner with the scale and stability of a global manufacturer operating 30+ facilities. AdvancTEK manufactures the parts its customers design, taking a project from napkin sketch to reality and supporting it through full production.

Four molding processes run under one roof. Injection molding spans 65-ton to 3,500-ton presses, including gas-assist, insert, structural foam, and polypropylene molding. Thermoforming handles heavy-gauge sheets up to 6′ x 8′ for large parts. Compression molding covers large-part and deep-draw applications such as molded headliners. Reaction injection molding (RIM) produces large, lightweight polyurethane parts, enclosures, and covers with low tooling cost. This one-stop range lets buyers consolidate multiple part types and processes with a single supplier.

Beyond molding, AdvancTEK provides in-house design and development, mold flow analysis, prototype tooling, product validation, and supply chain management including kitting, sequencing, and global logistics. Value-added services cover assembly, sonic welding, heat staking, labeling, and serialization, so parts arrive ready for the line.

AdvancTEK serves the industrial, battery and energy storage, telecommunications, powersports and recreation, construction and agriculture, and medical markets, with particular strength in large-part applications where high-tonnage capacity and process breadth set it apart. Manufacturing operates from New Albany, OH, Concord, NC, Dublin, VA, and Saltillo, Mexico, positioning AdvancTEK to serve customers across the United States and the Monterrey/Saltillo manufacturing corridor within regional shipping distance.

Quality is backed by IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001 certification, and AdvancTEK is ITAR compliant for defense-adjacent work. Purchasing and engineering teams evaluating a custom plastics supplier can request a project-specific quote to start a build.
