What does the review process involve?
Our team checks that your company has an active, verifiable website, that your profile accurately represents your business, and that your listing meets our quality standards. We do not require formal legal documentation at this stage, though providing your company registration number and VAT number where applicable strengthens your profile with buyers.
How are enquiries screened?
Every RFQ and buyer message submitted through the directory is reviewed by our team before being forwarded. We check for legitimacy, relevance to your listed categories and capabilities, and seriousness of intent. Spam, scam attempts, and misdirected messages are filtered out before they reach you.
Can I put the badge on my own website?
Yes. On approval you receive a simple embed code — one line of HTML — that displays the official Verified Supplier badge on your site and links back to your verified listing. This signals credibility to your own website visitors as well as to directory users.
What if I already have a free listing?
You can upgrade your existing listing directly. Your profile content, photos, and catalog uploads are preserved — you simply complete the verification application and pay. No need to start over.
What happens after 365 days?
Your verified status renews annually at $149. You will receive a reminder before renewal. If you choose not to renew, your listing reverts to a standard free listing and direct enquiries are suspended.
Is there a limit on enquiries?
There is no cap on the number of screened enquiries you receive. Every qualifying RFQ that matches your listed categories and territories is forwarded directly to you for the duration of your verified subscription.
